We Are Kingston Day Care- A Smart Choice for Child Care
Kingston Day Care was incorporated in 1967 and is a charitable, non-profit organization operated by a Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is accountable for the delivery of services, ensuring that services are responsive and reflective of community need.
Expansion of our child care settings has always been planned in a rational way to ensure a stable, viable system of services. Our financial statements reflect effective, efficient and accountable practices.
Today, we are proud to offer quality early learning programs at St. Martha Child Care Centre, Trillium Child Care Centre and Collins Bay Child Care Centre.
We believe that superior child care is an essential part of our community and enhances the quality of life for children and their families. Planning and developing for early learning needs builds on the strengths of the community.
Community partnerships enhance the quality of child care and we have been very fortunate to have engaged in wonderful working relationships with The Limestone District School Board, The Algonquin and Lakeshore Catholic District School Board, Dacon Incorporated, Specialty Care Trillium Centre and Braebury Corporation to attain this goal.
Kingston Day Care has an active volunteer fundraising committee that is comprised of staff members and parents. Funds raised help to purchase new educational learning resources for the children at each site.
